Description	Photograph A: Horizontal black and white photograph of a colonial revival style commerce professional building. The structure is irregular in form, two-story with one-story wings on either side. The building has a hipped roof with decorative crown over the front door, large undereave brackets, adjacent pairs of windows (multi-paned) with shutters. The building is in excellent condition. The building is raised above street level with a small stone wall in front. Photograph B: Horizontal black and white photograph of the rear view of the same structure pictured in photograph A. The building has a rear porch and a brick chimney off-center, to the left. There are trees in the background. Located N of 111th off State Line Road. Excellent condition. Notes	Additional Remarks- This home was built by Mr. Peet of Colgate-Peet. It originally stood where 10-13-25-2 is. When Mr. Joyce Hall (of Hallmark) bought the farm in 1927, he moved this house by 1930 to its present location. It was used as a home for the farm manager. Originally the Peet Residence, it is now the location of real estate offices for Hallbrook Realty. Cross Reference- 1991.001.078-.079
